Headed for Hamilton
Here's Keith at one of the waterfalls in Hamilton. We're excited
about our fifth-year anniversary trip today. I didn't sleep all night
so I am tried--hope I sleep tonight! It's been five years this
weekend since we decided to become sweeties. YAY!
I am excited also that you can now use the blog-send address to email
pictures to the blog. YAY!

Mary and Keith on THE RED BRIDGE
Here we are on the foot-bridge over Nashua Creek on our outing to Belle Isle yesterday--you can't tell here, but finally the color is coming out.
You can see additional shots from this outing (sans us) here, here and here. Click images to view larger. All photos by me (including this one--tripod and run!)

Margaret Jane
The caption is penciled in Margaret's handwriting.
The snapshot is undated.
I would hazard the year to be 1924 or 1925.
This time the caption is penned in Hikie's handwriting.
[Hikie was Margaret's best friend from college.]
It is dated 1942.

Evolving love notes
I often jot little love notes to Keith on scraps of paper. Then, I reuse the notes, by changing them a little. When I do this over and over, they sometimes get quite ornate. (Click images to view larger.) [The scraps of paper are often quite small, 1/6 to 1/4 the size of an 8 1/2 x 11.]
See the last one slightly more evolved here.
